Professional landscaping and gardening
Upkeep and testing of all lifts, plant, electrical installations, 昀椀re and life safety systems
and other equipment in the communal areas, such as smoke detectors, 昀椀re alarms
and extinguishers
Utilities costs for the communal areas
Wi-Fi internet access in each apartment as well as in communal areas
Buildings insurance, public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance
Estate service charge payments. We make these to our landlord for the upkeep of the
common areas of the wider estate in which Riverstone Fulham is located
Management fees for Riverstone’s head o昀케ce support services
Carrying out Disclosure and Barring Service checks on all Riverstone employees
Training for on-site team
If we’re ever unable to provide a service covered by the Membership Fee, we would
always let you know and aim to make other arrangements.
