Is parking and storage available?
Residents can rent secure underground parking spaces and storage units on 12-month
licences.
We do not provide parking spaces and storage units for every resident. If no parking spaces
are available when you buy your apartment, we will put you on a waiting list until one
becomes available.
The annual fee for a car parking space at Riverstone Fulham is £2,860 per year per space.
The annual fee for a storage unit at Riverstone Fulham will vary depending on size. The
storage unit costs start from £2,257 per year. Please ask our client advisors for more
information.
Please note that our car parking spaces and storage units are not for sale or re-hire.
Valet parking services for residents only, are available at Riverstone Fulham as part of the
annual Membership Fee. We do o昀昀er visitor parking but availability will depend on how many
visitors we have on any given day. Our concierge team will assist with visitor parking but do
not provide a valet service for non residents.
We o昀昀er a regular shuttle, Monday to Friday during daytime hours for local drop o昀昀s to
public transport links, local shops, or other nearby places of interest.
There is a Club Car that can be hired by our residents on a half day or daily rental rate.

Selling your apartment
What is the Deferred Fee?
We only charge the Deferred Fee when you or your representatives sell the apartment
after the original occupants are no longer living there. We refer to the original occupants
as “designated occupiers” in the lease. We take the Deferred Fee from the amount you or
your representatives receive when you sell the apartment.
We calculate the Deferred Fee as a percentage of the sale price achieved or open market
