Ongoing charges payable to Riverstone:
Membership Fee
The Membership Fee is an annual charge which is paid monthly
in advance and which covers Riverstone’s cost of providing
on-going staffing, management and upkeep of the building,
including the cost of utilities and services in the common areas.
Under Riverstone’s “Value in Choice” scheme, we offer three
different Membership Fee options:
Option 1: The initial Membership Fee rates, which will first be
reviewed on 01 January 2026, are:
1 Bed
2 Bed
2 Bed (plus study)
2 Bed Duplex
3 Bed
3 Bed Duplex
2 Bed Penthouse
3 Bed Penthouse
3 Bed Penthouse (plus study)

Under this option, the Membership Fee increases each year on 1
January in line with inflation but cannot increase more than 4% in
any one year
Option 2: The same Membership Fee for different sized
apartments as under Option 1 but fixed “for life” during your
period of ownership
Option 3: The same Membership Fee for different sized
apartments as under Option 1 but reduced by 50% and fixed
“for life” during your period of ownership
