own Membership Fee and Deferred Fee structure which we explain

Fee in return for a lower Deferred Fee. Other buyers would be
happier paying a lower Membership Fee each year but a higher
Deferred Fee when the apartment is sold
This is your choice and we strongly recommend you take 昀椀nancial
advice when making the decision on which Option to choose
