Reservation Fee
£5,000 for all apartments
The Reservation Fee will be held by Riverstone’s solicitors as
stakeholder. If the sale does not go ahead, we will refund the
Reservation Fee. However, if either party cancels the reservation
after you have instructed solicitors, we will refund the Reservation
Fee less our reasonable legal costs incurred to date, with the
deduction capped to a maximum amount of £1,500
Deposit on exchange 10% of the agreed price paid on exchange of contracts, to be held
by Riverstone’s solicitors as stakeholder

The Membership Fee is an annual charge which is paid monthly in
advance and which covers Riverstone’s cost of providing on-going
sta昀케ng, management and upkeep of the building, including the
cost of utilities and services in the common areas.
