Riverstone’s “Value
in Choice” fee
structure
We recognise the importance of offering choices which cater
for each buyer’s financial circumstances, preferences and
perception of value. This is why we have created Riverstone’s
“Value in Choice” offering
It is your decision as to which Option you choose – each has
its own Membership Fee and Deferred Fee structure which we
explain in this guide. Some buyers will prefer to pay a higher
Membership Fee in return for a lower Deferred Fee. Other
buyers would be happier paying a lower Membership Fee
each year but a higher Deferred Fee when the apartment
is sold
This is your choice and we strongly recommend you take
financial advice when making the decision on which
Option to choose

We encourage you to discuss your housing options with your family and friends,
and to seek independent legal, financial/benefits and any other appropriate advice,
support, and representation, in connection with a move to Riverstone. You will also
need to use a solicitor when it comes to buying an apartment from us.
