Our client advisor team can provide worked examples for any combination of the “Value
in Choice” options, period of ownership, purchase and re-sale prices and the Deferred
Fee and Membership Fee payable. Any worked examples provided are illustrative only

When you or your representatives sell your apartment in the future, the same options will
be available to the buyer who will need to decide which option they will select for their
time at Riverstone. On resale, we rebase the Membership Fee for the next buyer in line
with in昀氀ation over your period of ownership.
Our client advisor team have a live calculator which they can work through di昀昀erent
scenarios, which includes the ability to factor in House Price Index (HPI) growth and a
higher resale value as an assumption. You will be able to take away print outs with you
to discuss with your family and advisors. Ultimately, it is your choice as to which option
to choose and our client advisors will be on hand to talk you through each option.
