How do I pay the Membership Fee?
You pay the Membership Fee in the 昀椀rst week of each month by direct debit. Any fees for
on-demand services will be added to this direct debit payment.

Other than the Membership Fee and the Deferred Fee, what other costs
will I pay?
You have to pay for utilities, Council Tax, TV Licence and any other media or phone
packages you buy for your apartment. You’ll also have to pay for any repairs to the
heating and cooling system in your apartment. You must also pay for an annual
maintenance check of these systems.
You can enjoy on-demand services which you pay for on top of the Membership
Fee. This includes lifestyle services (e.g. apartment cleaning, taxi services and spa
treatments). You will also pay for dining and drinking in our restaurant and bar. Fitness
classes with external instructors are charged for, but at a discounted rate.
Please ask our client advisors for more information about the on-demand services.
If you require personal care, you will contract with the care provider and pay them
directly for any services you receive. Riverstone will recommend a provider to you, and
facilitate the process.

How would you describe the hospitality services at Riverstone?
We see the hospitality services as an integral part of the lifestyle o昀昀ering at Riverstone.
Our friendly and experienced concierge team will be on site 24/7 to help all residents feel
safe and secure at all times. They will be on hand to help with booking theatre tickets,
recommending restaurants, helping with deliveries and resident valet parking. They also
provide basic IT support and the emergency call response.
