non-structural works within the apartment but we will need to approve any works
before you start. We also need to approve the contractors you intend to use and they
will be required to submit appropriate method statements for undertaking the works in
accordance with our reasonable requirements. Our on-site team can provide a list of
pre-approved contractors and will be available to help arrange any works you wish to
carry out.
Do I have to pay a ground rent?
We do not charge any ground rent.
Is parking and storage available?
Residents can rent secure underground parking spaces and storage units on 12-month
licences. We do not provide parking spaces and storage units for every resident. If no

you on a waiting list until one becomes available.
The annual fee for a car parking space at Riverstone King’s Road Park is £4,160 per
year per space.
