The annual fee for a storage unit at Riverstone King’s Road Park will vary depending on size.
The storage unit costs start from £2,600 per year. Please ask our client advisors for more
information.
Please note that our car parking spaces and storage units are not for sale or re-hire.
Valet parking services for residents only, are available at Riverstone King’s Road Park as part
of the annual Membership Fee. We do o昀昀er visitor parking but availability will depend on how
many visitors we have on any given day. Our concierge team will assist with visitor parking
but do not provide a valet service for non residents.
We o昀昀er a driver service for pre-booked appointments, and a regular transport shuttle for
local drop o昀昀 to public transport links, local shops, or other nearby places of interest, Monday
to Friday during daytime hours.
There is a Club Car that can be hired by our residents on a half day or daily rental rate.

Selling your apartment
What is the Deferred Fee?
We only charge the Deferred Fee when you or your representatives sell the apartment
after the original occupants are no longer living there. We refer to the original occupants
as “designated occupiers” in the lease. We take the Deferred Fee from the amount you or
your representatives receive when you sell the apartment.
We calculate the Deferred Fee as a percentage of the sale price achieved or open market
value, whichever is greater, when you sell your apartment. We do this by accruing an
annual percentage charge for every year or part year that you own the apartment up to
a capped percentage amount. The annual percentage charge and Deferred Fee cap is
di昀昀erent under each “Value in Choice” Option.
Riverstone will only charge the Deferred Fee for the actual number of years and days that
you own the apartment.
