One of our client advisors needs to attend all sales viewings and meetings with the

Can I bring my car?
Yes, you can rent a space in our secure car park on a 12-month licence. This is subject
to availability. You can renew the car parking licence each year if you want to. We will
provide a valet service to take away the stress of parking and collecting your car. Visitor
parking is o昀昀ered, subject to availability. We do not sell any car parking spaces to
residents.

Can I bring my pets?
All our locations are pet-friendly, so appropriate and well-behaved companions can
enjoy Riverstone alongside you. Please note that pets are not allowed in certain
designated areas and other restrictions may apply.

Is there Wi-Fi coverage and television access?
Yes, Wi-Fi and television will be available in all communal areas. This is covered by
your annual Membership Fee. This means you can stay connected wherever you are in
Riverstone King’s Road Park.

What is the Riverstone Club, and do I have to pay for this?
Residents automatically join our members’ community, The Riverstone Club, which also
gives you access to our other Riverstone locations across London. You’ll be able to enjoy
all the amenities on o昀昀er whichever location you decide to visit. You will also bene昀椀t from
the discounts available as a Riverstone resident, events, classes, talks and celebrations
throughout the year. We have exceptional partners across London ranging across
culture, geography, the arts and engaging speakers.
