Can I use any of the amenity spaces throughout the wider
King’s Road Park development?
As a Riverstone resident, you will not have access to the leisure facilities allocated to the
other residential buildings on the King’s Road Park development. You will of course have
access to Riverstone King’s Road Park’s own private amenities. The surrounding parkland is
open to the public and accessible to all.

Who is ARCO and what do they do?
The Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) is the main body representing
the retirement community sector in the UK. ARCO aims to create con昀椀dence in the sector
by setting rigorous standards for retirement communities. ARCO actively enforce these
standards through robust self-regulation. We are members of the Associated Retirement
Community Operators. As Approved Operators, we aim to comply at all times with the
ARCO Consumer Code. Our client advisors will be happy to give you a copy of the ARCO
Consumer Code.
