Introduction
Our “Rent to Buy” guide sets out all the important information you need to know about renting
an apartment at Riverstone and your ability to buy the apartment at the end of your stay.
You will also 昀椀nd answers to the questions we’re asked most often.
This is an exciting opportunity to experience 昀椀rst-hand what it means to live at Riverstone and
the community we are building by moving into one of our selected apartments for an agreed
length of time (ordinarily six months), giving you the time you need to decide whether you want
to make your move permanent.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Riverstone and consider taking up the option to buy one
of our apartments at the end of your stay, but you will be under no legal obligation to do so –
it is entirely your choice. If you decide to decline your option to buy, we will expect you to
vacate the apartment at the end of your stay.
