Renting your apartment
Length of stay
Term length to be agreed prior to reservation (ordinarily a maximum of 昀椀ve
months from the date of reservation)

We use Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements (ASTs). ASTs are the standard
tenancy agreement type used for short term rental arrangements
Agent
We have appointed Knight Frank to oversee the letting management process
and handle rent collection on our behalf. They will also carry out the usual
Know Your Customer and other pre-letting checks required by law (e.g. the
Right to Rent checks)
Rent
Rents range from £3,140 to £7,050 per month depending on the apartment
you select. Please ask Knight Frank for further information
Holding deposit
1 week’s rent holding deposit is required to reserve an apartment
Tenancy deposit
5 weeks’ rent. Knight Frank, with your consent, register all rent deposits
under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The holding deposit will be added
to your tenancy deposit
Reservation Fee
£5,000 for all apartments, including duplexes, and £10,000 for penthouses.
The Reservation Fee will be held by Riverstone’s solicitors as stakeholder.
If you decide not to purchase, we will refund the Reservation Fee. However,
if either party cancels the reservation after you have instructed solicitors,
we will refund the Reservation Fee less our reasonable legal costs incurred
to date, with the deduction capped at £1,500. For more information about
