Tenancies of a high value (with cumulative rent exceeding £125,000)
are liable for Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT). Residents should contact their
tax advisor or HMRC for more details where appliable. However, we do not
expect SDLT to be payable given the rent levels and a maximum 5-month
term length
